The Align-Pilates Barrel offers several training possibilities to help improve posture by lengthening and strengthening the back, feet and shoulder muscles. The arch is removable so it can be used independently, offering an alternative curvature to our usual pilates arch. The arch is firmly fixed to the structure by means of an anchoring and locking system. The corrector barrel has 3 rings on each side to anchor elastic bands, increasing the intensity of the exercises. It has a ring to place the wooden spike.
